About this print
A Japanese abacus with 7, 9, 11 or 13 rods. Each rod has one "heaven" bead worth 5 and four "earth" beads worth 1. Practising on a soroban builds very fast mental arithmetic.
The FreeCAD model can be changed to a Chinese suanpan or even a hexadecimal abacus.

Printing and using it
- Pick a size and print its frame, inner frame and beads (one bead file, many copies).
- Learn to show numbers: each rod is a place value.
- Practise adding with "friends of 5" and "friends of 10".
