About this print
A toy that walks thanks to the gyroscopic effect. A spinning flywheel (weighted with coins) drives a cam that lifts each foot in turn; every time a foot goes down, the body precesses one way, then the other, and it walks.
A demonstration of angular momentum and precession that students will not forget.

Printing and using it
- Print all parts in the orientation shown, without supports.
- Follow the parts list and assembly steps on the original page; you need coins for the flywheel mass.
- Spin it up with the pull ring and watch it walk; ask students why it turns instead of falling.
